Welcome to one of South Florida's finest destinations for high quality golf instruction. Whether you wish to learn how to play, need a fix or are looking to get to that next level, our team of experienced professionals are some of the best in the country.

We offer clinics daily but sometimes schedules do change. Please sign up in advance either by visiting or calling the golf shop at Call for clinic info at(561) 547-0598. Instructors are subject to occasional clinic changes. (One-person clinics will be limited to a half hour)

Golfers of all abilities are welcome to attend one of our clinics! Each week, instructors cover full-swing fundamentals based upon each golfer's needs and wishes. These hour-long clinics are designed to teach the skills needed to become a better golfer, but in a more social, group setting.

Private lessons by one of our five professionals are by appointment.

Golf Instructors

Tony Chateauvert, PGA
Head Professional/Manager

Tony Chateauvert is an award winning PGA member and the Head Professional and Manager for The Town of Palm Beach Golf Course. Tony has been a PGA Member since 1983 and started his career at some of the finest clubs in Metropolitan New York such as Garden City Golf Club, Garden City Country Club and Quaker Ridge before becoming Head Professional at Bedford Golf and Tennis Club for many years.

Tony has been at the Par 3 from 2011 and in that time has transformed it to become one of Florida's leading golfing destinations. Tony's passion for playing and improving his own game has allowed him to become an accomplished coach and instructor during his 40 year career. Tony believes golf has become one of the most over analyzed and over taught things in the world.

Gene George, PGA
Class "A" Professional

Gene is from Erie, Pennsylvania and has been a PGA Professional for over 25 years. He attended and played college golf at Gannon University. He taught golf in Pennsylvania, New York and now at the Town of Palm Beach Golf Course.  He is an experience and excellent instructor as well as an accomplished player. He's played on the PGA Tour and has won many events including two national PGA Match Play Championships. He excels and enjoys teaching juniors and beginners as well as skilled players. He uses simple and easy style of teaching that he has developed over many years that anyone can master.

Tim McCoy, PGA
Class "A" Professional

Tim McCoy has been a Class "A" PGA professional since 1967 and a lifetime member of the PGA. Originally from Virginia Beach, Tim teaches in Southampton, New York in the summer months and at the Palm Beach Par 3 during the seasonal winter months. He has a history of success in the Mid-Atlantic section as both a player and instructor. Tim's style of teaching follows much of Hall of Fame instructor Bill Strausbaugh. Tim's passion and commitment to the game is quite evident.

Bob Hite

Bob has been a golf instructor since 2005 @ PGA National Resort & Spa under the tutelage of Golf Digest Schools (2005-2007), PGA National Golf Academy (2007-2008) and Leadbetter Golf Academy (2008-2018). In his 13 tenure, applying various teaching philosophies, he has taught over 13,000 hours and impacted thousands of golfers. His passion and positivity shine, but he is driven to unlock growth potential in any golfer from the recreational to the aspiring junior and accomplished elite.

With a new year comes a new chapter in Bob's career. To fulfill his dream and launch a new coaching model Bob Hite Golf, "Reach for new HITES!"

Kellie Stenzel, PGA
Class "A" Professional

Kellie is originally from Geneva, New York and a graduate of Furman University. She is a Class A PGA and LPGA professional and teaches at Palm Beach Par 3 in Palm Beach, Florida. She is a member of the Golf Magazine Top 100 Teachers, Golf for Women Top 50 Teachers list, as well as Golf Digest's Top Teachers in New York State list. She has three golf books published by St. Martins Press including: The Women's Guide to Golf: A Handbook for Beginners, The Women's Guide to Consistent Golf and The Women's Guide to Lower Scores. Kellie and Gerard enjoy their 6 year old son, Matthew.

Bradford Costa
Golf Professional

Originally from Fall River Massachusetts, Brad began his career in golf instruction in 2003. He spent five years working at the private clubs between Massachusetts and Florida and in 2008 made Florida his permanent residence. Brad has worked as an assistant professional at Palm Beach Country Club before coming to the Palm Beach Par 3 in 2012. He quickly became one of the most popular instructors at the Par 3, building a large client base in a short period. Brad works with all levels of golfers both young and old on all aspects of the game. He has been lucky enough to coach a number of world ranking junior for three years along with juniors who competed at the US Kids world championship and a division 1 collegiate player. He is extremely dedicated to his craft and shares his passion for golf with all his clients.

Trevor Dodds,
Teaching Professional

Trevor, originally from the country of Namibia, is a former worldwide player having won 13 professional events on 4 different Tours and on different continents. His biggest win came at the Greater Greensboro Chrysler Classic on the PGA Tour. Trevor has long been a student of the game and golf swing and teaching players of all abilities since 2006. Trevor, now a U.S. citizen, lives in Juno Beach with his wife Bianca.

Golf Clinics

Golf clinics are meant to give you the skills you need to become a better golfer but in a more social group setting.

Golfers of all abilities are welcome to attend any clinic where each week their instructors will cover the full swing fundamentals based upon each golfer's needs and wishes. They also cover one area of the short game each week, rotating between putting, chipping, pitching and sand.

Summer Golf Clinic Schedule

Effective June 1st, 2022 | All Clinics are $40 Per Person

Clinics with a single participant will be reduced to 30 minutes. Please call the golf shop at (561) 547-0598 to register for any clinic.

Practice Facilities

The driving range, putting green and practice bunker are now open with social distancing policies in place.

Monday:  7:00am – 6:pm

Tuesday: 11am – 6pm

Wednesday: 7am – 6pm

Thursday: 7am – 6pm

Friday: 7am – 6pm

Saturday: 7am – 6pm

Sunday: 7am – 6pm

The Palm Beach Par 3 offers an exceptional practice facility complete with top quality range balls, both artificial and grass tees, putting green and a practice bunker just steps away from the Atlantic Ocean.

Should you need a few clubs while practicing, we do offer complimentary use of select clubs to use on the range.
